About Dream Makers Painting
Hi, I’m Sharon Davis. Owner of Dream Makers Faux Finishing and Art.
Welcome to my Shop! You will find a little bit of everything creative here. Under Shop, I sell my custom one of a kind art work. I love multi-media abstract. I’ve always got something different evolving. Under Furniture & Home Decor you can find my custom painted furniture and all kinds of home decor for sale. Don’t miss my Giving Back section! It’s all hearts and crosses, which I give 10% of all sales to local charities. My hearts collection percentage is donated to animal rescues and the sales of the crosses goes to Set Free to Be Me, a Faith based program to help women in need. Dream Makers also offers faux finishing and painting services on walls, cabinets and furniture. If you can put paint on it, we can do it! Dream Makers provides custom interior wall painting and color consultation as well. Please take a look at my services page where you can view my previous work.
I have sold my work in lots of art and design shops in Destin, Florida but I also offer commission work for your custom needs. Please contact me with any questions you may have about my art or furniture. You can also view my previous art work on Dream Makers Faux Finishings & Art Facebook business page.
Dream Makers serves the Emerald Coast/ Panhandle and surrounding areas. I would love to meet you and talk about your custom faux or painting needs.
I’ve loved art as long as I can remember. I graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta with a degree in Visual Communications in 1982. From there my career evolved as a Graphic Designer and Art Director for one of the largest consulting firms in the world. After many years in the corporate world, I felt there was something more I wanted to do with my art skills. I wanted my hands in paint and to create beautiful things. After moving to Destin, Florida, in the late 90’s, I studied faux finishing and canvas abstract art, then started my own business. I am constantly
learning and taking classes to improve my skills. I feel very blessed to make a living with the talent God gave me and to have so many wonderful clients over the years. So enjoy my shop and have a blessed day!
